• The Nghe An occupational safety training course is an in-depth training program on occupational safety designed for those working in industrial, construction, manufacturing sectors, and high-risk occupations. The training is organized by Nam Viet’s occupational safety training centers at Nam Cam Industrial Park.
• Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure their own safety and that of colleagues during work. Topics include occupational safety laws, hazard identification and risk assessment, safety equipment inspection and maintenance, first aid skills, and emergency response procedures.
• For enterprises, training employees in occupational safety not only enhances staff competence and efficiency but also ensures compliance with labor safety regulations and minimizes workplace accident risks during production and business activities.

Occupational safety training duration depends on factors such as job type and industry. However, the exact total duration for each group is specified in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 1: 16 hours
• Group 2: 48 hours
• Group 3: 24 hours

• Group 5: 16 hours
• Group 6: 4 hours

Occupational Safety and Hygiene Training Certificate

• The certificate format is described in Form 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued for Groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• The certificate size is 13 cm x 19 cm, with a sky-blue cover.

Occupational Safety Card

• The Occupational Safety Card format is detailed in Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 employees will be issued an Occupational Safety Card (commonly called a Group 3 Occupational Safety Certificate).
• The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back content displayed as shown below.

Employers may issue a Group 3 safety card to employees after they meet the training requirements and have a labor contract between the parties.

Training participant logbook

• The logbook format for Groups 1, 2, 5, 6 is described in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The logbook format for Group 3 is described in Form 10, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• The logbook format for Group 4 is described in Form 11, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 4 only receives a logbook without a Group 4 Safety Certificate.
