The duration of occupational safety training depends on many factors such as the type of job, profession… However, the exact total training duration for each group is specified in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

Certificate of occupational safety and health training

• The template for the occupational safety and health training certificate is specified in template 08, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and they are issued to Groups 1, 2, 5, and 6.
• Accordingly, the certificate template has a size of 13 cm x 19 cm, and its outer surface is sky blue.

Occupational safety card

• The template for the occupational safety card is specified in detail in template 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Employees in Group 3 will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly called an occupational safety certificate for Group 3).
• Accordingly, the card template has a size of 60 mm x 90 mm, and the content on the front and back is shown as in the image below.

The employer can issue a Group 3 safety card to the employee who has completed occupational safety training after they have passed the test and there is a labor contract between the two parties.

Logbook for trained persons

• The template for the logbook for trained persons in Groups 1, 2, 5, and 6 is specified in detail in template 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
