Cong Hoa Industrial Park continues to evolve and adjust over time to suit regional development. According to Decision No. 706/QĐ-UBND dated March 26, 2015, by the Hai Duong People’s Committee, the park’s area was adjusted down to 201.43 ha. The industrial land available for lease was reduced to 145.54 ha. These changes provide flexibility in land use while ensuring balanced planning and sustainable development of the industrial park.

• The occupational safety training in Hai Duong is a specialized course on workplace safety for individuals working in industry, construction, manufacturing, and high-risk occupations. This course is organized by Nam Viet’s occupational safety training centers at Cong Hoa Industrial Park.
• During the course, participants are provided with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure safety for themselves and colleagues at work. Topics include labor safety regulations, risk identification and assessment, inspection and maintenance of safety equipment, emergency response, and first aid skills.

Occupational safety training duration depends on the type of work and industry. The total duration for each group is specified in Article 19 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

• Group 6: 4 hours

Occupational Safety and Hygiene Training Certificate

• The certificate format follows Form 08, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP, and is issued to Groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
• The certificate measures 13 cm x 19 cm, with a light blue front cover.

Occupational Safety Card

• Card format is described in detail in Form 06, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP
• Group 3 employees receive the Occupational Safety Card (commonly known as Group 3 Occupational Safety Certificate).
• The card measures 60 mm x 90 mm, with front and back content shown below.

Employers may issue a Group 3 safety card to trained employees after verification and a valid labor contract between the two parties.
