Occupational Safety Card

• Form 06, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
• Group 3 workers receive an Occupational Safety Card (Group 3 Safety Certificate).

Employers may issue a Group 3 safety card after verifying that the worker meets the requirements and has a labor contract.

Training Record Book

• Forms 09, 10, 11 for respective groups as per Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
