Occupational safety card

• Group 3 workers will be issued an occupational safety card (commonly known as Group 3 safety certificate).
• The card size is 60 mm x 90 mm, with the front and back content shown below.

The employer may issue a Group 3 safety card to the employee trained in occupational safety after passing the assessment and having a labor contract between both parties.

Trainee tracking book

• The tracking book for groups 1, 2, 5, and 6 is detailed in Form 09, Appendix II of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP.
