The total planned area is 807.88 ha, including 588.84 ha for industrial park land and 219.04 ha for urban land.
Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park is planned as a multi-sector industrial park, aimed at developing high-tech, low-pollution industries, focusing on key sectors such as electrical and electronic industries, information technology, mechanical fabrication, consumer goods production, food and beverage production, and many other industries.

- The certificate format follows form 08, Appendix II, Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and is issued to Groups 1, 2, 5, 6.
